‘Songs About Girls’ is a semi-autobiographical album curtailing the usual externalization of pain and abstract prose that I so cleverly dish up and trades it in for some subjective and external observation. Written over the course of two days, the record focuses on such demure subjects as the girl working the night shift in Checkers “the saddest girl in brooklyn new york” to ones that are more hot to trot “the fastest bartender in greenpoint new york” (@ coco66) The album basically exploits all of my sexual conquests and failings thoughout High School, College, and what will soon be known as my 30s.
J Sharp was born in 1981 + makes a lot of music (among other places) in his bedroom.
